1Introduction and Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and zh888 ("zh888", "we", "us", "our") governing access to and use of the zh888 platform at zh888.run, including all products and services offered thereon — sports betting, live casino, poker, virtual sports, slots and any other gaming products made available from time to time.

By registering an account on zh888, accessing our platform, making a deposit, accepting a bonus or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use zh888 in any way.

In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any specific product rules, bonus terms or promotional terms published on zh888, the more specific document shall take precedence for the matter it addresses, unless otherwise stated.

2Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To register and maintain an account on zh888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. zh888 does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances. Age verification may be requested at any time and accounts will be suspended pending verification if there is any reasonable doubt about a player's age.
• You must be a natural person — not a corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity. zh888 accounts are for individual personal use only.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, address in Pakistan, and a valid mobile number registered to you personally.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement previously applied on zh888 or through any third-party responsible gaming service.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent or close family member of a current employee of zh888 or any of its software or game providers.

zh888 reserves the right to verify your identity at registration and at any time thereafter. Verification may require submission of a government-issued CNIC, a selfie for liveness check, or proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by zh888 may result in account suspension or closure.

3Account Rules and Player Obligations

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on zh888. This single-account policy is strictly enforced. If you currently hold an account and attempt to register a second account — whether using a different mobile number, a different device, or a different payment method — both accounts will be permanently closed and any balances forfeited.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your zh888 account. You must keep your login credentials — mobile number, password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. Do not share your credentials with any other person. zh888 will not be responsible for any losses that result from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• You must notify zh888 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person.
• You must not allow any third party to use your account, place bets on your behalf, or access your wallet.
• You must not use VPN software, proxy servers or other means of disguising your true location when accessing zh888 in ways that violate these Terms.
• You must keep your contact information — mobile number and email address — up to date at all times. zh888 communications regarding account security, verification requests and withdrawal processing will be sent to the contact details on file.
• zh888 accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign or transfer your account or any balances within it to another person.

zh888 may close or suspend any account that it reasonably believes is being used in violation of these Terms, pending investigation. Where an investigation confirms a breach, zh888 reserves the right to close the account permanently and, in cases of fraud or deliberate rule-breaking, to forfeit the balance therein.

4Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Terms

zh888 operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bets, winnings and transaction amounts are displayed and processed in PKR. There are no currency conversion fees applied by zh888 on PKR deposits or withdrawals.

All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless you request a different method and complete the additional verification required for that method. zh888 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts — the account name on the receiving wallet or bank account must match the name on your zh888 account exactly.

Standard withdrawal processing time is one to four business hours for amounts up to Rs 2,00,000. Larger withdrawals may require additional processing time and documentation. VIP Club Gold and Diamond members receive same-session withdrawal processing as a standard benefit of their tier.

5Bonus and Promotional Terms

zh888 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and VIP Club benefits. The following general terms apply to all zh888 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• One bonus per player: Each zh888 player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on a second account constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.
• Wagering requirements: All deposit bonuses and most free spin winnings on zh888 carry a wagering requirement that must be met before the bonus funds or winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (e.g., 30×, 35×) is stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified — typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Game weighting: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10–20%, and sports betting contributes at the rate of settled winnings only. Virtual sports contribute 50%. • Minimum odds: For sports betting bonuses, any bet placed at odds below 1.50 (decimal) does not count toward wagering requirements.
• Maximum bet with bonus funds: While you hold an active bonus on zh888, the maximum bet allowed per round or event is Rs 2,000 unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Forfeiting bonuses: You may choose to forfeit any active bonus at any time by contacting zh888 support. Forfeiting a bonus removes it and any accumulated bonus wagering progress from your account permanently.

zh888 reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is subject to a fixed end date and that end date has been communicated, zh888 will honour the promotion until that date for players who have already opted in.

6Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on zh888 — including cricket, football, virtual sports and all other markets — are subject to the following rules in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules displayed at the point of bet placement.

• Bet acceptance: zh888 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This applies particularly to unusually large stakes or to bets where zh888 identifies a pricing error.
• Pricing errors: If a market is offered at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical fault or human error, zh888 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds and refund the stake to the player's account.
• Match voiding: If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed and not completed within 24 hours of the original scheduled start time, all single bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator bets will be recalculated excluding the voided selection.
• In-play betting: In-play markets operate with a slight delay to account for data transmission time. zh888 is not responsible for bets placed after an event or incident has occurred but before the live feed update reaches the platform. Any such bets may be voided at zh888's discretion.
• Maximum payout: The maximum single bet payout on zh888 is Rs 50,00,000 regardless of the odds or stake size. For accumulator bets, the maximum payout is Rs 1,00,00,000.

7Casino, Slots and Poker Rules

All casino games on zh888 — including live dealer tables, slots, virtual sports simulations and poker — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or real physical equipment monitored by licensed studios. The following rules apply across all zh888 casino products.

• Game malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection or technical error that disrupts a round in progress, the round may be voided and the stake returned to the player. zh888 will not pay out based on a result generated by a malfunctioning system.
• Disconnection policy: If you experience a disconnection during a live casino hand or slot spin, the round will complete automatically according to the game's standard rules. zh888 is not responsible for disconnections caused by your device, your network provider or third-party internet service issues.
• Slot autoplay: Autoplay features on zh888 slots include mandatory responsible gaming stop conditions. zh888 requires that a maximum loss limit be set before autoplay can be initiated for sessions of more than 100 spins.
• Poker chip staking: zh888 prohibits chip-dumping in poker — the deliberate loss of chips to transfer value between accounts. Any player found to be chip-dumping will have their account closed and balance forfeited.

8Prohibited Activities

Nothing in these Terms shall limit zh888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12Amendments to These Terms

zh888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, zh888 will provide notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number on their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or security reasons.

In all cases, the current version of these Terms is available on this page with the date of the most recent amendment clearly shown. Your continued use of zh888 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using zh888 and close your account.

13Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version shall govern in all cases. These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and zh888 regarding your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations or agreements.

In the event of a dispute about any matter covered by these Terms, the following process applies:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Contact zh888 customer support at support@zh888.run with full details of your complaint. zh888 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days.
• Step 2 – Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved at Step 1 to your satisfaction, you may request escalation to zh888's management team, who will conduct an independent review of the matter within 10 business days.
• Step 3 – Final Decision: zh888's management team decision is final and binding on all matters relating to the interpretation or application of these Terms.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal policies and practices of zh888 as set out herein.
